Homaze is a boutique real estate agency based in Lourinhã, on Portugal´s Silver Coast, supporting people who are buying or selling properties — from the first conversation to the day of the deed, and well beyond it.
We have worked in this market since 2008, and what we have built over those years is above all a way of working: being available when our clients need us, keeping the process organised, and staying in touch with everyone involved so that the process keeps moving.
Buying or selling a home involves financial, legal and administrative steps that are rarely straightforward. Our job is to handle that complexity and give our clients only what matters: what is done, what is still to be done, and what needs to be decided next.

The goal is simple — that no one makes a decision about a property without fully understanding what they are doing.

Over the years I have worked with many different clients, properties and situations, and that is where my experience comes from.
In 2023 I founded Homaze, because I wanted to work in a more personal and direct way. Time for each client, an honest opinion on every deal, and no step taken without the client knowing where they stand.
Homaze is a boutique agency by choice. I follow every process closely, my clients always speak directly with me, and my communication does not end when the sale is done. It continues whenever a client needs it.
We work with Portuguese and international clients. Some simply need someone who knows the area well and can manage the whole process. Others also need help understanding how things work in Portugal.
My way of working is simple: clear information, direct contact and honesty, even when the answer is not what the client wants to hear."
